Meet Lidia:

I support individuals and athletes from adolescence into adulthood with a humanistic approach to managing anxiety, performance pressure, build resilience, and strengthen the mind-body connection.

A competitive middle-distance runner, mental health advocate, and community builder, I draw from my experiences as a Latina in sports and academics to champion mental health for all communities.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Riverside. I am also certified clinical Hypnotherapist trained at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist trained at the Embody Lab.
