Meet Lidia:

Hi, Welcome!  

Lidia holds a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UC Riverside. She also trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy at the Embody Lab.

She uses a humanistic approach to help individuals and athletes manage anxiety, performance pressure, build resilience, and strengthen the mind-body connection for lasting self-worth.

A competitive middle-distance runner, mental health advocate, and lululemon Ambassador, Lidia draws from her experiences as a Latina in sports and academics to champion mental health for all communities.
